Well, I’m off to buy this one later. Jo-Anne Strauss looks absolutely gorgeous and I would like to know about her workout routine.

I read this horoscope in the June 2010 issue of Fairlady magazine. Seems kind of interesting, especially the first line

Sounds about right to me. Especially the last part.
After her dramatic labour, Gita gave birth to a baby girl in this evening’s episode of 7de Laan. She named the child Ava, after her mother or grandmother (I forget which) she explained to Tim.
Tim, the baby’s father ended up being in the hospital room when the baby was born, leaving boyfriend Herman in a state.
Herman freaked out because Tim was at the birth and he, Herman, felt excluded.
However at the end of the episode the roles were reversed with Herman cooing over the baby while Tim stood at the door watching.
Doting 'dad' Herman. But for how long?
So we’re probably in for a little love triangle with Gita in the middle while Tim and Herman fight it out for her (and the baby’s) attention.
This must be the cutest baby I’ve seen in a long time (besides my family of course 
). I swear she was smiling already!
It’s odd how these light-bulb moments happen when I should be studying. But there I was sitting on the couch with text book on lap when I had my latest (very rare) flash of sheer brilliance. Otherwise known as a light-bulb moment.
I have a person in my life – not quite a friend and definitely not an enemy – who has found one of my buttons to push and does so quite well and quite often.
Instead of getting upset everytime, I put a reminder on my cellphone to remind me every day that she is actually a good person, trying to be the best person she knows how to be. I try to say something nice about her every day, as impossible as it seems some days.
And I fully recognise that she might not even intentionally pushing said button. Actually I know she is!
Therein lies my problem and also my light-bulb moment/flash of sheer brilliance.
I realised that I am often so hard on myself and seldom make excuses for my own bad behaviour. And yes, I do behave in an awful manner at times. Unintentionally sometimes and very deliberately at other times.
But there I am making excuses for her bad behaviour. This adult who makes the most cutting remarks with a look or pure innocence. This person who twists my words around to make herself look good and me look bad.
I couldn’t even muster pure innocence if I tried. And anyway, I wear my heart, happiness, disappointment, anger and everything else on my face.
So I took off the reminder to say nice things about Ms Pure Innocence and instead chose to say something nice about the way I handle the situation when someone intentionally (or unintentionally) push my buttons.
I would say “this is so high school”, except I’ve never had this kind of thing happen with anyone, at any time. So I know I’m only half of the problem.
I’m sure her version of events is different from mine, but she can get her own blog and tell her own story
