Last night, as part of our work’s year end function, we went to the Baxter to see 3 Wiser Men.

The show was hilarious from start to finish.

I always love Marc Lottering and have seen his shows before.

But adding Nic Rabinowitz and Riyaad Moosa just made the show funnier.

Last night I became a fan of Nic Rabinowitz, which I wasn’t before.

He was the funniest of the 3 Wiser men, especially his Fuad the taxi driver character.

Anyone who’s been anywhere a taxi rank would recognise Nic’s Fuad.

Marc slipped into old characters like aunty Merle and Smiley – all he had to do was to get on stage for the audience to roar with laughter.

I adore Marc Lottering and would probably laugh if he read the phone directory!

Riyaad had very funny moments too, although he was funniest when he did skits with the other two wiser men.

Just typing this I’m laughing again.

The best part of a fantastic show came near the end when the three did a skit between a taxi guard, driver and 2010 world cup tourist.

They had a prop malfunction near the end, but that made it even funnier.

Nic had little to say in this skit, but his expressions (or lack thereof sometimes) were hilarious!

OMW! My stomach hurt so much by the end of the show.

I absolutely loved it!

And I dont do staff functions, but I’m glad I endured this one.
