Exercise Can Make You Fat says Study

Seems we’ve been erroneously led to believe that exercise leads to weightloss, according to Time.com.

The report claims the contrary is true. Exercise can actually make us put ON weight, because we treat ourselves after a workout with energy drinks or food.

Its apparently part of our make up to want to replenish what we’ve lost during exercise.

Seems like diet meals is the cure for weightloss.

As the Time report says, if you’re more physically active, you’re going to get more hungry and diet nutrition goes out the window!

Not that exercising doesnt have its benefits.

It prevents heart disease and improves mental ability.

Working out hard is also said to be no more beneficial than frequent moderate exercise – running is as good as walking for our health.

It’s the diet nutrition we take in and not how hard we workout that keeps the kilograms off.
