Eat What You Want Day
Today, Monday 11 May, is apparently Eat What You Want Day!
I’ve only found this out a few minutes ago, but was celebrating all day anyway.
Breakfast started off well with only 1 slice of toast with and coffee.
From there on in it went downhill with more mixed nuts being consumed – a whole week’s worth before lunch time.
Then it was one half of a sandwich, followed by chicken and salad and more nuts!
Coffee, tea and water quenched my thirst.
All this and it’s not even supper time!
I eat what I want every day of the year, but will need to get the exercise in, to counter all the unnecessary food intake.
Arggghhhh – I feel so bad now!
